In our case these will typically include:

 

• Your name and email address. These personal details are used for contact purposes only. I add these details to a client file which allows me to keep track of the work I've done for you and what your preferences and individual needs are. 

 

• Your session log data - This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. These details are collected by the analytic tools my site uses to return useful performance data. This process is. in fact, common to just about every online entity you visit today.

 

• Cookies -  The use of "Cookies" is an extension of the Log Data collection practice and involves the storage of small data retrieval files on your hard drive or device by the websites you visit. Our privacy policy regarding the use of your details is simple and totally unambiguous. Absolutely no information shared between us or common, relevant or pertaining to our business relationship will EVER be shared, sold or otherwise disseminated with or to anyone. That includes personal details, email addresses, telephone numbers, and contract specifics. You are not a disposable resource or a prey species to me and I will always respect you as if you were one of my own. I will not even include work I do for you in my portfolio without your express permission. Please note the second sentence of this paragraph in bold italics. You may always hold Koru Pencraft to that.  

 

 

The bottom line is this - We do not use any of the personal details shared by or collected from you for any purpose other than record-keeping and the general improvement of our services. It does, however, bear saying at this point that NO method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. We do our level best by all available means to protect your personal information. Sadly though, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In this regard, old fashioned vigilance and common sense are often your best defenses.
